Brad Huff - Educator at ScienceCastle.com
Biography:
Brad Huff earned a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Washington, an M.A.T. in science and mathematics from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and an A.B. from Hamilton College. He is an award winning teacher, teacher educator, and professional consultant with extensive administrative and supervisory experience as the founding Head of School of University High School located on the campus of CSU, Fresno, the California State Director of Odyssey of the Mind, and the coordinator in charge of developing of the California Golden State Examination in Physics. Since 1994 he has chaired the California Curriculum Correlating Council, a collaboration of the majority of the state's professional education associations. He is Vice President for Educational Programs for StudentNest.com, the online, live, interactive math tutoring service based in Fresno, and consultant to educators and charter school developers in the Fresno area. Dr. Huff is a Physics Teacher Resource Agent for the American Association of Physics Teachers, has presented papers at the College Board's Advanced Placement conference, at meetings of the American Association of Physics Teachers and the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, and been a keynote speaker at regional and state conferences.
