The Story - Mike and Maxi and Ocean Treasures
Mike and Maxi will have to rescue the Goldfish - Professor Kwa - from Evil Dr. D:

... In the evening, just before heading back home, Mike and Maxi decided to visit Professor Kwa to confirm the time for his class. The castle was empty and quiet. Mike opened the door to Professor Keller's office - "Professor Kwa, are you sleeping? Can we come in?".
"Come in boys, fish don't sleep, we just rest by daydreaming while floating". But you know, something concerns me - I feel like the water is going away .... Maybe I am getting way to old ... "
